North Korea is within striking distance of Soeul, 24/7. If we hit their nuclear reactor and related sites we would have to be prepared to take out the front lines of their army if they fired back on South Korea -- up to a million soldiers on the front lines with a single blow, and get it done in a matter of a couple of hours. We would have to toast them.
