Jeffrey,

I noticed that most of my holdings are rushing into "hold" and even "sell" zones. There are very few buys left. I am still interested in some of them, but I may have to hold cash otherwise. I don't see it as small cap vs. large cap rally. Some of my small caps are still low and quite few large caps rallied.
