Similar story...two weekends ago took my boyfriend to emergency at 6:30 the only place his stupid HMO covers. We weren't out of there until 11:00 pm. There were babies and very old ladies who looked to be dying who had to wait an equally interminable amount of time. It's a disaster. I used to complain about an hour's wait...just a year ago. Although Immediate Care facilities are great, come in register come back in a couple of hours and walk right in.
