Gawd, SI painfully slow this evening for me!

That said, I'm glad you like them.
Sorry for the lag in cleaning up the WAG today
I had a life to take care of earlier<GGGG>

. . . the last time I was camped at Red Rocks

Oh man, you're bringing back memories for me.
Last time I was at Red Rocks was summer tour '87.
Last stop before the Harmonic Convergence at Telluride.
they were great shows
But unfortunately
we lost a good person over that weekend.
A good spirit named Kurt.
RIP Kurt.
He went to sleep on the first of three nights there at Camp Hosa(?) and didn't wake up.

Anyhow, that being said, I have such great memories of Red Rocks.
One of thee top five, if not the top three places in the country to see a live concert.

To avoid that, I was about to award myself the finest Westfalia money could buy, but geez . .

Should come as no surprise too that we did that tour in a '70 pop top camper Drove that thing from the west coast to the east coast, and all points in between. and honestly made it back home again with out a single problem.
there was a lot of praying going on, especially going about 25 mph up some of those long 6% grades in western Colorado.
but she got the job done.
I miss that old bessie, I really do!
But after a second engine fire over the following summer I traded it in on an '87 Celica.
That's when the real troubles began. Pressing 90 mph up Calabasas pass just to name one of the altercations it was responsible for.

and trade the 356 in for the Westfalia

Hm, I'm not so sure I can allow that!
How could you like a 911 over a 356?
I mean the character dude! Don't let them fool ya' it's really not a Karmagia(sp)<G>
I suppose I just want a 356 more than you.
already have a 911, but it's old too, '70, but still loads of fun Yeah, perhaps you're right, trade in the 356 for a new Westfalia.

so I'll be around tomorrow morning to WAG again.

I know, we're a hard habit to kick!
Love to see the pics of Utah, reminds me of ole arno(whose now an east coaster- better than a roller coaster or drink coaster I suppose, maybe not.
