"any folder, etc" starting from where???

That's my fault. I should have said open a windows explorer window or double click on my computer. Actually you can open any folder on your computer. Up on the toolbar is a heading for "Tools". hcm1943 gave you the easiest and best way to do it...the one I should have given you.
