Tom, I hate to say this, but shortly after Nev Engery was taken over and the ex-pres quit, because he was not being paid, he then filed a lawsuit against present owners. He told his sister, my hair stylist, that they were out to bankrupt the Co, for what reason I do not know, but I would have to say it sure looks like that is the case. I have not asked her anything about the co for months and she has not spoken of it either, so I really do not know what is up. I have just check my portfilo on AOL and I see that PTUSA is again listed. About two weeks or so ago, I could not get a quote, so who knows.. I guess that will be our tax write off for 1997. If I see anything about then I will let you know, you do same. Keep in touch.. Regards.. Gary
