ild, Let's see. We should be happy because the consumer only has mortgage debt, not bad debt. <VBG> Also, where do they get this "Wall Street is bearish" crap"? The only bear I know of on Wall Street is Roach. The rest are perma bulls. They consider cutting an equity position by 5% to be bearish. Nonsense.
