if Calif fired every single state worker e.g. state building security, janitor, plant & equipmt state park rangers ocean patrol road repair state cops water resource managers school teachers electric power regulatory committee members accountants state legislators you get the idea THEIR DEFICIT WOULD STILL BE LARGER THAN THE ENTIRE MASSACHUSETTS BUDGET !!!!! that should put it into perspective an idiotic moronic socialist state must now come to grips with the reality of their failed thinking next up: STATE ATTEMPTS TO PRINT MONEY it has begun already, with CALIFORNIA IOU COUPONS to state contractors my question is CAN THEY USE COUPONS AT GROCERY STORES TO BUY FOOD? my guess is soon: YES we are slowly moving toward a dangerous precedent of a state minting money for the purpose of paying its bills, and using that money as legal tender this was a nobrainer upcoming Nevada has announced plans to mint and circulate silver coins it is legal, according to their spokesman but the move will be challenged by the Federal Govt WITHIN 2-3 YEARS, I EXPECT AT LEAST ONE STATE WILL ATTEMPT TO SECEDE FROM THE BANKRUPT UNION laugh now, but it will happen as sure as sunset states cannot pay bills if California were a sovereign nation, it could mint money of course, price inflation would set in BUT THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS IN EVERY OTHER BANANA REPUBLIC AND THE UNITED STATES IS THE BIGGEST BANANA REPUBLIC IN THE WORLD this banana republic has a big army though and a mean nasty court system that does not always enforce the US Constitution not if it is to the advantage of the federal govt to ignore it upcoming in future years... healhy states will want to secede from US Union - to avoid the bankruptcy and crazy socialist states unhealthy states will want to secede from the US Union - to enable right to print money, pay bills, cause inflation gonna get really interesting, but over long stretch of time / jim
