Every disagreement with you always comes down to one thing, your inability to read what I write. Unless you are trying to make a joke with NO ONE IS IN CHARGE! and then it's my inability to get your humor. Somebody makes decisions as to what to do with money (according to Kerry it's the governments of our trading partners .Ha!). Do you have your money on auto pilot in some computer trading program? People make decisions individually and in conference, that means they are "in charge" of that individual decision. Sometimes a lot of individuals "in charge" of making money decisions (I'm one) come to essentially the same decision simultaneously and it has a self fulfilling effect.
