If it doesn't qualify for BBX then it will go to the pinks anyway. Why spend money to keep in on the OTCBB if the OTCBB will not be around for long? Shells were once an attractive vehicle for a quick public listing, but its similar to buying a lease. The price will fall as the number of years left on the lease declines. I don't see much demand for reverse mergers on the OTCBB in what's left of its future. But as the man says, don't invest more than you can afford to lose.
