Because by removing our troops from SK, we're removing every possible and legitimate excuse for Kim Jong Il to claim the US plans on invading the north.

Well...yes but what about those five carrier groups that were being tossed around yesterday...didn't Kim specifically say that moving more ships into the area would be considered an act of war?

I don't think NK will let us off the hook so easily...if nothing else, they will simply dream up some other pretense for saber rattling... :o(
