Already have "some" real estate...not much, but some.....just looking to better diversify my stocks for the best bet for the long run....have alot of mutual funds already, covering about every area <ggg>, but also have stocks and cash and am tired of trying to "guess" winners in this market..so, thinking diversity with the stock baskets sounds like a good idea.....I'll buy only quality...HD, WMT, PG, KKD and etc....and see where we are in the long run. Granted this is a traders market but everytime I sell and take profit, the stock goes up alot...if I dont sell...it goes down...if I buy, it goes down...tired of trying to guess tops and bottoms, even though this is a traders market...just assume diversify, and add later if we go lower...be happy if we go higher.....
