That kind of depends on your scorecard. I've already register quite a few black marks for comments like "Chemical weapons are now being ditributed to the troops", "Front line commanders have been given authorization to use the chemical weapons", "The chemical weapons will be used when we cross into the red zone".
...And, of course, there is the "document" showing Iraq trying to buy nuclear material from Nigeria.

I'm afraid that the integrity of US intelligence will be colateral damage. We are going to face considerable skepticism the next time we try to make our case to the international community.
...(Which is why the intelligence agencies are busy leaking out their discontent).
