Hi Thomas, yes I guess that was Jon's point. I have no idea where the bonds are right now; I haven't traded them lately, the web quotes are useless, and no one has posted any trading anecdotes on these boards in the last several days. I would be interested to know. Schwab is quoting 1.5 FWIW but that doesn't mean you can necessarily buy or sell anywhere near that price. If I were looking to buy more I'd call my bond guy, offer 1.125 for a big chunk, and see what he came back to me with. If he came back over 2 I'd be skeptical. The YHOO GSTRF board is alive with speculation that the GSTRF holders are going to be granted equity in NeoG. I think that's just silly. But those guys were looking for big gains on their stock until just a few days ago, and I think they're in a period of adjustment. The rights offering or warrants theory doesn't offer much promise IMHO because any warrants would have a high strike and some kind of exercise price. It is conceivable that any warrants would be out of the money for quite some time, perhaps forever. The good news is that the GSTRF is still trading for 5 cents or more, amazingly enough. Any GSTRF holder who has given up on it could still sell and switch to bonds.
