MG, I have owned the stock on and off for a few years. I took a position today, Friday, in the stock again. . For the past year the Company has broken "promises" that investors were hoping for (earnings!). So the stock has been drifting drown from $1.00+ during that time. . But what makes NOW the time to buy is the Chart and my belief that the Reg S shares (overseas offering that is typically dumped on USA investors) may be running out of steam. These Reg S shares, IMO, dropped the stock from 5/16ths to 3/16ths last month. . I suspect that the stock will rebound back to 5/16ths soon enough. . THEN I hope that the Company will be putting the fresh new Reg S $$$ proceeds to good use and we'll see some SALES and possibly some EARNINGS! . Highly speculative, of course. Don't invest the rent check. But if you want a shot at a 200% to 500% gainer by year's end consider AGTI at this time. . Colin
