Another way of looking at it [stock over or undervalued] is -- A stock is worth whatever the market price is on a given day. My ALYD stock is worth 22 3/8 as of the close of market Friday. I remember argueing with people who felt vehemently that CPQ was overvalued at $80ish earlier this year, in March time frame. Just prior to CPQ split, it was up to $140. So was it overvalued at $80? Then look at some of these wireless companies. Bleeding some serious red ink, yet many trade in the high teens and twenties. Obviously there are investors out there who believe that red ink will be turning to black, otherwise they wouldn't be paying the prices they are. Same goes for ALYD. The past is the past, and its done. What matters is what's going to happen in the future.

Just semi-random thoughts.
