OK, for potential 'squeezers', I look for 3 things...in order of importance:

1. Must be a constructive chart (very important)

2. Heavy short position

3. Turning fundamentals

In the case of CHTR, there are still 40 million shares short. Recently there have been a few more positive PRs

As far as the chart goes, this one is interesting:

You see the recent spike, then subsequent selloff...it bounced hard off 1.50 but couldn't be taken lower (shorts and sellers were trying to pull it down)

Also, notice the RSI and the stochs both dipped relatively low, and are turning up now...but, the price stayed up. That tells me it's wound up tight.

Now if you look at the bigger picture:

Notice the 2 previous spikes...both went down quickly. This recent spike didn't...particularly because of the last spikes, and the expectation it would drop back, sellers and shorts are caught without shares. Any positive news will send it north fast.

There you have the anatomy of a 'squeezer'

-now, watch it tank tomorrow!-lol

Would like to see it get thru the 1.75 level tomorrow...
