Hi DAK,

Lot's of bag holders out there. Wonder what they'll do?

As I see it, the "bag holders" have to make the choice between the lesser of two evils.

Their first choice is to cut off the credit spigot to the USA and its consumers. This is not likely to happen, because to do so means that their own industries would suffer irreparable damages as there are no other consumers standing in the "on deck" circle to take the place of USA consumers.

The second choice is to continue the facade of financing the burgeoning credit account deficit in the USA. And then hold their breath, cross their fingers, and pray for the best. This is the most likely choice, because if something bad happens, foreign banks and governments can shift the blame to an anonymous face in the USA while not jeopardizing their own standing with the home folks.

Just a guess, but I think the shell game will continue until the pea disintegrates...
