J-P...: I read your link, thanks. Question: I noticed that last June ('96) there were 40million shares and a year later 37million; did they buy back in the past 12 mos. ?

How can we track if/when MACR buys back shares ? Since they indicated in their press relesae that the buying could be in block trades will that yield SEC forms ? It would be nice to know...right ? BTW: they noted $91 million cash. What kind of book-value does that yield ? I didn't see an estimate of MACR's book-value within their released data. Is there a reason a company doesn't provide book-value data ?

Thanks
