Yes, but Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton is a winner slogan. Dubya is busy freeing other people of the world, but he does not care about the economic condition of the very people who elected him. So where is the freedom. Isn't US economic freedom (jobs) more important than the freedom of the Iraqis for Bush? His actions resemble that of a Iraqi opposition leader than like a leader of the US.
