Blix testimony and reports to the U.N. were presented as his factual findings, not as matters of opinion. He didn't say "seem" he stated affirmatively that they had not.

If you think otherwise, provide the links.

They did "find" weapons, the al-Samoud missiles, which conclusively proved that the report which was filed by Iraq on December 7, 2002 was FRAUDULENT.

If you wish to discard U.N. 1441 as the controlling document, presumably on the basis that war is bad for humanity, then I can equally tell you that the liberation of the people of Iraq is good for humanity.

The U.N. Security Council did not have the opportunity to express a second opinion on the invasion of Iraq because France IMPLODED the diplomacy process.

It is a cardinal rule of diplomacy and negotiation to NEVER close the door on further negotiations, as Chirac did, the biggest diplomatic blunder in probably half a century.

And as further ongoing discoveries are made with arms and documents with "France" plastered all over them, the only response of the world community to France's corruption of the U.N. process can only be gross revulsion.
