The Newmans seem to waste a lot of time with PR's under the theory that any news is good news. I think it's quite the contrary. If they really were serious about "enhancing shareholder value," they would be taking some of the millions they have made and doing some significant insider buying or directly buying from treasury or both.

Just so you don't mistake my post as you have in the past, I totally agree that management has been one of the least shareholder friendly despite a loyal cadre of shareholders that has even been praised by management. Forget the kind words and PR. You know "money talks and bs walks."

I still think there is some potential in the company and its product line. I haven't increased my tiny share interest even at these low prices because of the rapidly expanding o/s level and insider sales.

As to this musical chairs thing, what do they think that will accomplish? They could have one office boy call Fedex and ship the few orders for product from the manufacturer and another bookeeper. There can't be a lot of activity outside the software division.

The software division has been the only bright spot for the company. It was purchased with bloated stock and has been profitable, with most of revenue coming from there. I don't know anything about the quality of the product but they seem to be selling. If they can actually increase sales there, it may "save" XYBR despite the fact that they really haven't been able to sell any hardware to speak of.
