"With XM, there isn't the risk that 3 minutes after you buy the stock they're going to file chapter 11 "

The risk was there when I bought it at 1.66, the GM financing had not been announced and BK was a major risk.

The higher the risk the higher the reward.

I truly think SIRI staved off BK when they did the 1.2Bil recap, I don't understand why you think BK could still happen. That's the same as having said that XM may go BK after they had already announced and completed the GM financing deal that they got.

Many new buyers will come in after SIRI gets above $1. Institutional interest will pick up as will retail investors who have to pay extra for penny stock trades. I don't see why it's so difficult for some people to see the current opportunity in front of them when they even have another company to compare it to: XM!

Even the XM CFO said he thinks there is plenty of room for both companies. Just because XM is ahead doesn't mean SIRI will die....! LOL

One major misconception lately is that Ford wants to go with XM instead of SIRI. Think about it, why would F let GM control any piece of their destiny? Hertz has stepped up SIRI installs recently, F practically owns Hertz. Do you see where I'm going with this?

The renewed support from F will put delisting talks to a close.

Have you talked to installers in your area? I know of some smaller shops that are just now installing SIRI units for the first time but most CC and BBY installers I've talked to personally, about 10, said they had just replaced their old XM units with SIRI as the word is getting out about commerical-free/quality programming.

It's only a matter of time before more people catch on to SIRI, especially the gay/lesbian community which will find support of their lifestyles with SIRI. This is an untapped market and even my buddy at XM agrees that it was a smart move by SIRI.
