Again, I don't think that's the case. I think we need to use such power very, very carefully. I have no objection to keeping known terrorists in the naval base so long as it is determined that they have useful information and/or they are a threat if freed.

I don't believe in grabbing cooks from restaurants and holding them because they happen to speak Arabic. I believe that we should have a database that makes this unnecessary. We need better information on those who visit, study and work here.

Common sense should prevail and excesses will be exposed and, hopefully, minimized.
