Board appointments and resignations Independence Resources Inc IDN Shares issued 6,787,180 Jul 31 close $0.50 Fri 1 Aug 97 News Release Mr Ian Park reports Mr Rudi Fronk and Mr James Anthony, both directors of Greenstone Resources, have been appointed as new directors. Mr Walter Clemens, Mr William Daly and Mr Jack Milligan have resigned as directors effective July 31 1997 but will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity. The company will rely on its new president, Mr Michael Johnson, and the joint expertise of its board members, in its efforts to identify new opportunities in Mexico and to build a strong asset base for its shareholders.
