Times change and irrelevancy has been shown as indicated by my prior post.

History changes. To have an effective organization, we need a new system.

Ok so you believe Iraqis or Afghanis had "human freedom." Guess we have to agree to disagree on that one but I suspect you are in an extreme minority.

As for US motives, time will tell.

As for debts, again, I'd like to analogize to the hostage situation. A kidnapper has a hostage. The police tell him that they will give him $1 million and a jet to fly to France. When he gets in the jet, the police shoot him. Some say we broke our "promise." I suggest that international fraud allows for promises to be broken and that a promise in an evil enterprise can be broken.

No doubt, France and Russia knew the destination projects of their debts. Precedents you mention, as with the UN, are irrelvant to current world situation. (Again, before you attack, this is my opinion only, not a fact and I recgognize that there are contra opinions based on international precedent. But precedents are not always followed as times change and neither should they be.)
