What does that word "real" mean in that context?? for example, compared to "By definition, there is no international law" "By definition, there is no real true international law" Btw, any example on any law which is not a result of an agreement and decision, sometimes not mutual, but when dealing with inter-nation laws, in general mutually agreed on. Without going into "natural law" and "laws of human nature"??
