Some might even say languishing. :-()

Worden TC2000 charts for SPNSF go back to mid-1992 when, presumably, the stock came on the market at around $9.50. It ran up to over $25 in 1993, started declining in 1994 and cratered all the way down to around .60 in January, 1995. It's been "basing" since mid-1995 in the $2 to $3+ range. Must be a story there.

With their new contracts, the hoopla surrounding Y2K in general and the positive mention on NBR, I think you're right...not much serious downside risk. Doesn't pay to haggle over pennies when buying tickets for a fast-moving train.
