You ask a question about countries that go back months -- I cannot always drop everything and do a research report - I am sure you understand. Putin was the one to state most clearly and emphatically that he did not personally believe that Saddam had the weapons, weapons capability or programs that GWB was claiming existed. France used a report from the intelligence agency -- I did not see it but it was described as the most exhaustive report on the subject -- but that report was dismissed by the White House as "politcally motivated" -- unlike the non-politically motivated crap that came out of the White House and was passed off as "intelleigence".
