it will work until they run out of smokerz. then they'll come up with a health tax or something equally absurd.

btw.. property taxes here have been rising every year on the basis of 10% per year increases in property valuations. a cap at 5% just failed to pass. there will be no relief until revolt seems to me. it's gonna get ugly.

meanwhile the nations largest school district HISD has been treating itself to catered gourmet meals etc etc etc while firing teachers and school police.
