I think when Noam talks about a new "optically rich product", he is talking about the rollout of the new/updated fiberdriver modules at a "private" event at Networld Interop in Las Vegas this week. From what I understand not terribly impressive except for the MRVGBIC DV CX for digital video.

Noam's quote here from the conf. call is:
"The “new” news here is the intensive usage of intelligent pluggable optical transceivers. This added modularity increases flexibility, reduces inventory and provides a significant ROI improvement."
