Reconstitute the UN. Sars knows no borders and has no passport. It's war writ large. Us vs Sars. So far, although we've killed umpteen megatrillions of the virus, it just keeps coming. Most countries have got it cornered, perhaps. The USA hasn't, but hasn't had a single fatality, but the reporting seems odd in the USA. Presumably the WHO is not getting data from the USA because the USA doesn't like the WHO. Since China runs themselves, we can only help as much as they will let us. They seem to have messed up and are now scrambling to control it. China isn't in a position to come up with vaccines or other controls, so the west should declare war on Sars and do what we can to help China destroy the virus. Cobalt Blue made some suggestions. We have to figure out how to kill it and meanwhile slow it down to a crawl. China might be able to use some help. Mqurice
