Internal complains about Phillipe's management ability and style has been loud and clear, during the last 1 1/2 year, when Phil Nelson wanted out of the management job, Phillipe hired 2 vps of R&D and fired both of them at the expense of the shareholders, The director of Kernel resigned, other than 1 (BJ) the entire old Search Engine kernel team quit and BJ is rumored on the job market. Verity internal is fat and slow, it turnover rate is one of the highest in the valley. Phillipe just started the project to rewrite the serach kernel and I hope it did not get carry out. Gary S. is just a temp. before the borad finds a replacement.
