And, Cyber-Stalin, no one listens to you... for 'obvious' reasons. -------------- If you ask me, the nation ought to send out notices to all citizens on a regular basis, detailing the total of the national debt... and explaining how much debt that represents if divied up to every man, woman, and child in the nation. Just as the US now sends out statements every few years to all participants in the Social Security system explaining the benefits that have been earned in each worker's Social Security account. That 'national debt itemization notice' should help awaken the citizenry to the future obligations that are being incurred in their names... and help promote more responsible spending policies by politicians. A rider should be attached to the current debt increase authorization to establish this 'debt sunshine policy'. -----------
