EMKR could be a winner but they have a big debt so the question is can get by that problem? They had a research program that may eventually pay off;. I do not know the status of the partnership [GELCORE] with GE I got into AXTI because the cash position and book value looked big enough to carry thru the current depression in the industry the same idea got me into ANAD and now i have to figure out the future of Gallium N vs As etc Any thoughts? WL
