It's safe to say you and I are not talking about the electoral tactics involved in Santorum's statement. It made some sense to pursue the issues down the road a piece. But I gather you are locked on the view that he was only talking about privacy rights. Fine.

There is a ton of evidence he let slip his real convictions which is that homosexuality is like each of those illustrations--incest, etc.

But we are not going to persuade one another. Best to move on.
