The Bush folk have no credibility on this score out beyond the coastline. Really? We have more "credibilty" in the world right now than we have had since WWII. No more "pitiful, helpless giant." No more "Uncle Sucker." These countries have got used to pulling our chain at the UN. They are in for some shocks in the next few years on that score.
