Mr. Jiménez commended the investigative efforts of the FBI, as well as the cooperative efforts of the U.S. Department of Justice, the SEC's Central Regional Office, and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD). Gee, no commendation for all the shortsellers who screamed 'FRAUD' for 8 months until someone decided to investigate the company. Commending the NASD - now there's a good laugh! Peter Geez -
