Yes, but what about Bernie? Can he screw it up? Not only did he screw up the original enterprise, and the relationship with Qualcomm, but he also screwed up the restructuring, dragging it for 2 to 2-1/2 years more than necessary or desireable, squandering or looting 9 figures, and holding everybody up for his release from liability, which he now has. At this point he doesn't care who ends up with what, as long as he gets the broadest possible release within the power of the bankruptcy court. IMO.
