Hi SG,

Check out the SEC document & you'll get a feel for who has a vested interest in getting ARDM to move higher.

Its essentially a financing. They got their stock at .79 & warrants above $1.10. Creating an average somewhere around where its trading now. Some of the investors were in it purely to flip the stock.

My guess is they are about to pop the stock again to move on. They typically do this by creating a short covering rally into their own registerd shares then unload the remaining balance into the momentum. Look at ENMD for similar behavior.

There are a variety of positions from true Insiders through those that flip stock for a living.

The Delay announced with the CC created an opportunity to buy at levels on par with the delayed time frame. Hence once we get past that period we should technically move back to prior resistance levels.

IMO this makes ARDM attractive at these levels.

Enjoy
Jeff
