I have looked at your chart: stockcharts.com and I do not see why it should move to 1.25 "quickly". TA-wise, I would think the red candle, together with the break of the 50-d MA is more a setup to re-test the bottom (the EMA-60 draws a fine line). Also see the PPO in the panel on the top of teh page. Comparably this one: stockcharts.com looks much more friendly. Re ARDM buying: While I agree with you that the insider buying is significant, I do not overlook that they can not even sell because of 144 restrictions and looking at their other holdings and interests they do have all the time in the world to watch it grow at a 10% annual rate.
