Ha! Just read the Proxy statement.

Item two: Company’s Board of Directors to effect a reverse stock split at a ratio within the range from one-for-five to one-for-twenty. (Nothing like Bernie to give a nice clear range! What a putz.)

Hey now look at item three: The shareholders will act upon a proposal to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 750,000,000 to 1,250,000,000.

Anyone care to explain to me exactly WHAT these jerks have been drinking?
