Victor -- this is pretty thin hogwash. There was no self-defense basis for the US to invade Iraq and topple the government. We did it because we felt like doing it. We don't want a world governed by laws and rules of conduct -- we want a world ruled by power because we see power as our ace-in-the-hole. Welcome to the world where weapons of all kinds are the only form of protection, and where people will grow increasingly restless to use them on their neighbors. Congratulations, and by all means, enjoy making up new names for weapons that kill people by turning them into steaming piles of meat.
