Would ASND/CSCC want this technology for their own? It is much faster to buy it than develop it - if they need it. Both are Ca. companies. ANET is a potential competitor in Asia and Latin America. Might not ASND want to buy technology, gain access to more accounts and take a competitor off the board - at a firesale price?
