I keep telling myself that I must ignore your missleading posts but you continue to abuse the system. Once again where due you get your info the H&Q's buy recommendation was released the same day as the announcement of the secondary? If this were true H&Q could be severely fined by NASD, since I'm almost 100% sure their involved in the underwriting. I will check on Monday on the date their research report was released and confirm that they are in the underwriting. If it is as I suspect then once again your shooting from the hip with no substance. If your going to start crying manipulation without a hint of the how the system works is about time for me to exit this thread since it is clearly becoming a real waste of my time. Your point of 40,000 sh trading in the middle and the stock moving higher at the end and hinting that this might be manipulation is showing your total lack of knowledge in this area. It is very apparant that you don't know the concepts of how MM's buy and sell and the rules and reg's that they are required to follow by making this statement. There are so many explanations to this comment that one couldn't begin to explain. You might have had an order to buy 45,000 sh or whatever that the MM attempted to fill at the best price which was between the bid and ask. Once this dried up he then filled the remaing on the offer which drove the stock higher torwards the end of the day. All you need to do is pull time and sales and it documents every trade and at what price. What it doesn't show is how much stock needed to be bought at the bid and for all we know there might be a 300,000 sh order just sitting on the bid and accummulating as much as possible. or a higher amount sitting on the offer at an 1/8 th of point higher from the closing offer that needs to sell. And of course there is going to be more interest on this thread and others with the clinical results and price action.
