Would be nice if GNSS board could come to life again.

I have been lucky with GNSS myself in the timing. Did very well selling all for around 42. Came back in after when the stock was in the 10 range, and sold some (about 1/2) a few days ago for about $17.30 when it seemed a bit frothy, which was a good move. Regrettably I did put about 1/3 the proceeds in IDA, which had a downdraft day today, but so it goes . . . .

About GNSS, it seems that they have good technology, but that they don't make money today. Their position is always murky. Asian chip-makers infringe on their patents. They get sued by SIMG. THey merge with SAGI. THey merge with PXLW. I keep waiting for the day that they just get down to business, if that day will come.

It seems pretty clear to me that in the near future, flat panels will displace the cathode ray tube. You can get 42 Plasma screens now for $3,000, and 17" computer monitors for $300. The prices are dropping rapidly, and when the economy picks up people will be willing to spend the extra money to get the newer products. Whether GNSS will be in place to capitalize is the big question. Actually, GNSS management does not impress me much, but there is still potential there.

my two cents.
