One question that needs to be addressed is:

"What should we do about a nominee for Judge whose religious convictions do not agree with constitutional law, but he says he will enforce the law, and his record indicates that he will?

To refuse to vote for him because of his Religion is a violation of the constitution. But should you refuse to vote for him because you are afraid he is lying, or will change his mind once he gets the Judgeship?
