So there is a gag order with DCTC and SEC? That explains why Reid Muoio hasn't bothered to respond to any of my recent inquiries of him. SEC can't allow Muller to be spun off with nothing to DCTC shareholders. I guess Muller will be the next to be shut down and destroyed by the SEC as we chase these guys from one place to the next.
