I guess there are dumaz bears and dumaz bulls and then there are just plain azzholes, eh? dailyduediligence.com It would appear that in a bull market a low reading tends to mean that there is going to be a period of consolidation, but no necessarily a move up. The one exception would be in 1995. If you want to go back further, I'm guessing that you can punch in the numbers yourself.
