Semicon, i'm not sure how long you have been following TRKN....but on your statement about Oxide etch.....you need to do some research....In Q1..TRKN had three oxide runoffs against LRCX and AMAT...TRKN won all three....and got orders from all three in Q2, and these are from major logic chip manufactures. TRKN most defenitely has an oxide etcher and an etcher for almost all other metals used today...check out their web site......

pmat.com

Here's a recent release that states all the different etch's they can do.....

biz.yahoo.com

Also, at the SEMICON show in SF last month an AMAT Oxide R&D engineer admitted that AMAT does not have an Oxide tool that can match the specs and capabilities of TRKN's oxide etcher....

As far as low k, you say that other companies have some already in the field...can you tell me who's...I would like to check on it....as far as I know no one else has announced a tool for below 3.

At this point AL and tunsten are the major players in PVD....I know that TRKN is developing the same Forcefill tool for CU...hopefully we may get more details in the conf call.
